About Us
Welcome to Dynamic Athletics in Lynchburg, VA!
Dynamic Athletics is Lynchburg’s premier facility dedicated to children’s fitness, well-being, and confidence-building.
Founded in 2013 by Brandon and Samantha Sloan, what began as Dynamic Gymnastics with just 50 students in a small space on Memorial Drive quickly grew into a thriving community. Within a year, the program expanded to a larger facility on Timberlake Road, where the competitive gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, and cheerleading teams began earning recognition and accolades, while the recreational program flourished.
In the summer of 2018, Dynamic embraced the fast-growing ninja movement and later moved to its current home on Greystone Drive, a 16,000 square foot space designed to inspire movement, fun, and growth.
To reflect the expanding variety of programs for children of all ages and skill levels, Dynamic Gymnastics officially became Dynamic Athletics in 2025.
Today, under the leadership of Program Director Kathleen Wingfield, our dedicated coaches and staff continue to build strong, confident, and happy athletes. Whether your child is exploring movement for the first time or training at a competitive level, we’re excited to welcome your family into the Dynamic Athletics community.

Located off of 460 right by the Lynchburg Airport, we are easily accessible from Lynchburg City, Campbell County, Forrest, Evington, Wyndhurst, and Madison Heights. Our 16,000 square foot facility features a multitude of training equipment and a party room, and has ample parking.
