Beginner T&T
For children ages 9 years and up

Beginner T&T is a great class for athletes interested in learning the exciting basics of Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T), a fast-paced gymnastics discipline that focuses on skills performed on the trampoline, double mini trampoline, and floor.
In this high-energy 55-minute class, athletes will work on fundamental jumps, body control, and light tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. They’ll also begin learning simple jump combinations on both the trampoline and double mini, building coordination, strength, and air awareness along the way.
Whether your child dreams of flying high or just loves to bounce, Beginner T&T is the perfect place to safely explore new skills and gain confidence in the air!
Intermediate T&T
For children ages 9 years and up
Student to teacher ratio: 8:1
Intermediate T&T is the next step for athletes with experience in Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) who are ready to take their skills to new heights!
In this 55-minute dynamic class, athletes will build on their foundation by working on skills like back tucks and front tucks off the double mini (with a spot), controlled jumps and rolls on the trampoline, and tumbling passes on the floor including round-offs and progressions toward a back handspring with a spot.
With a focus on strength, technique, and body control, this class helps gymnasts grow their confidence while safely exploring more advanced skills across all three T&T events.

Advanced T&T
For children ages 9 years and up
Student to teacher ratio: 8:1
Advanced T&T is designed for athletes who have mastered intermediate skills and are ready for more powerful, complex progressions in Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T).
In this 55-minute high-level class, athletes will refine their technique while learning advanced skills such as back tucks and front tucks without a spot, connected tumbling passes with round-offs and back handsprings, and advanced jump combinations on both the trampoline and double mini.
With a strong focus on precision, body awareness, and safe skill development, this class helps athletes continue to grow in strength, control, and confidence as they push their abilities to the next level.
