Parent and Me
For children ages 14-36 months Student-to-teacher ration: 10:1
Our Mommy & Me class is designed for our youngest athletes, ages walking to 2 years old. This 45-minute class gives parents and little ones the chance to explore movement, build coordination, and bond through play. Together, you’ll navigate fun, age-appropriate obstacle courses, bounce on the trampoline or tumble trak in our big gym, and enjoy a little open playtime to explore and discover. Each class ends with a fun group activity like bubbles or bouncy balls – pure joy for little movers! Come play, connect, and make memories, one tiny tumble at a time.
Pre-School
For children ages 3 to 4 years old Student-to-teacher ratio: 6:1
Our Pre-School class is the perfect introduction to structured gymnastics. This 45-minute class blends movement, learning, and fun in an encouraging environment built just for little athletes. In the first 30 minutes, kids navigate exciting obstacle courses in our dedicated preschool area, building coordination, strength, and confidence. We spend the remaining 15 minutes in our big gym to jump on the trampoline or tumble trak. Along the way, gymnasts practice important skills like taking turns and standing in line, following instructions, counting and movement patterns – all while learning foundational gymnastics skills through play. This class is a great way to help your child grow physically, socially, and emotionally while having a blast!
Advanced Pre-School
For children ages 3 to 4 years old Student-to-teacher ratio: 6:1
Our Advanced Pre-School class is the perfect next step for little gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready for more challenge, but aren’t quite ready for an Introductory or Beginner class just yet.
This 60-minute class begins with a fun, full-gym stretch alongside our recreational athletes. From there, kids take on more advanced obstacle courses, build confidence on the big balance beams, and learn new skills on the tumble trak or trampoline.
Throughout the class, gymnasts continue developing important social and motor skills like turn-taking, following directions, and building body awareness, while being introduced to foundational gymnastics technique in a fun and encouraging setting.

Introductory Gymnastics

Our Girls Introductory Gymnastics is the first of our 4-class gymnastics progression series. Perfect for our newest gymnast, the 45-minute class will teach athletes the most basic skills a new gymnast will need to know to further their gymnastics adventure such as basic walks, kicks, rolls, jumps and much more! This is a great class for any athlete wanting to start gymnastics for the first time!
Beginner Gymnastics
For children ages 5 years old and up
Student-to-teacher ratio: 8:1
Our Girls Beginner class is the second of our 4-class gymnastics progression series. Perfect for athletes who may have some gymnastics experience but are still new to the sport, this 1-hour class focuses on building a strong foundation in beginner-level skills across all gymnastics events. Athletes will work on cartwheels, handstands, pullovers and casts on bars, and other essential techniques that set the stage for long-term progress. With positive coaching and structured instruction, gymnasts gain strength, coordination, and confidence in every class. Whether your child is coming from a preschool program or trying gymnastics for the first time, this class is a great place to start growing their love for the sport.
Intermediate Gymnastics
For children ages 5 years and up
Student to teacher ratio: 8:1
Our Girls Intermediate class is the third of our 4-class gymnastics progression series. Designed for gymnasts with prior experience who are ready to take their skills to the next level, this 1-hour class builds on fundamental techniques while introducing more advanced progressions across all events. Athletes will work on skills such as flatbacks, back hip circles, and front hip circles on bars; rolls, jumps, and leaps on the balance beam; and round-offs and introductory back handsprings on the floor. With focused instruction and ongoing skill development, gymnasts continue to grow in strength, confidence, and performance. New to Dynamic Athletics? Our Girls Advanced class is the fourth of our 4-class gymnastics progression series. Designed for highly experienced gymnasts who are ready to take on more challenging skills, this 90-minute class focuses on advanced techniques across all four gymnastics events.
In this class, gymnasts will work on vaulting over the table, handstands and cartwheels on the beam, round-offs and back handsprings on the floor, and bar skills such as kips, squat-ons, and high bar transitions. With a strong emphasis on form, strength, and technique, this class is ideal for athletes who are well advanced in the sport and ready for the next level of training. New to Dynamic Athletics? We introduce athletes to skills across all major gymnastics events, including floor, bars, beam, and vault. Each athlete’s progress is tracked by their coach to ensure steady growth, personalized development, and continued motivation. Whether your child is new to gymnastics or building on existing skills, this class provides a supportive and structured environment where they can thrive—physically, socially, and emotionally.
