Welcome to Dynamic Athletics!
We’re thrilled to have your family join us! Our goal is to create a fun, positive, and exciting experience for every athlete. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please take a moment to review our gym rules and policies with your child. Please note: your registration is not complete until the waivers have been filled out and signed through our parent portal. Class schedules are subject to change. We look forward to seeing you in the gym!
- INSURANCE REGULATIONS – Registration MUST be done by child’s parent or legal guardian. This is strictly enforced. No persons are allowed on the workout floor unless accompanied by a coach. Parents must remain in the observation area for insurance purposes. Athletes are not to be distracted by parents during practice. If you wish to talk with a coach please schedule an appointment with the front desk. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY PLEASE.
- ARRIVAL – Upon arrival, athletes must check in with the front desk for attendance and then stow all belongings in the cubbies provided. Please wait in front of the cubbies or observation area until class is called to the floor for warm up. All classes warm up together.
- DISMISSAL – When students are dismissed from class they must wait inside the building until they are picked up. No student has permission to leave the building unless accompanied by an adult. Parents, please be prompt on pick up. It is not the responsibility of Dynamic Gymnastics or their staff to supervise children outside of class time.
- DRESS CODE – Female students must wear a leotard or a fitted shirt and shorts. Male students must wear athletic shorts and fitted shirt. NO baggy clothing or jewelry is to be worn during class.
- NO FOOD, DRINKS, OR GUM IS ALLOWED IN THE WORKOUT AREA.
- MAKE UPS – We realize perfect attendance may not be possible. When a future absence is entered ahead of the scheduled class time, we will credit a “makeup token” to your account. Classes must be missed prior to the make up class (no early make ups). Tokens may be used toward classes for your child during other scheduled classes or open gym sessions, based on availability, and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Reservations for make-ups MUST be scheduled in advance through the customer portal or front desk.
- PAYMENT POLICY – Normal charges will be billed to your account on the 20th of each month for the following month. All outstanding charges will be drafted from the account on file on the 25th of each month. If payment is not received by the end of the month, a $15 late fee will be assessed and the 30-day drop notice will be implemented for recreational class athletes on the 1st. Further, any recreational class tuition that is not paid by the 1st of the month will be dropped immediately and reinstated in an available class once payment is received. A $40 fee will be charged for any returned payments and chargebacks will incur a $100 service fee. If you have any questions, please speak with management prior to electronically signing this policy. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
- DROPS – If your child is planning on discontinuing participation for any reason, we require a 30 day (60 day for teams) written notice be presented to the front desk staff or requested in the customer portal. If we do not receive a timely notification, you will be charged for the next month. We require this communication in order to correctly remove you from classes and ensure your account is accurate.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER – If the gym is changing the schedule due to inclement weather or unscheduled closures, we will inform you of any closings or changes on our phone message system, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, through the customer portal, and if time permits, through e-mail. - VALUABLES – Dynamic Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All valuables should be left at home. We do provide a lost and found that you are welcome to search.
- PICTURES/SOCIAL MEDIA – Athletes may be photographed during their time at Dynamic Athletics. Pictures may be used on our social media accounts, website, or any other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your athletes picture to be taken, please indicate as such on our “Photo Opt Out” Form located at the front desk.
- CELL PHONE POLICY – Athletes are not permitted to use their cell phones during practice hours. Athletes seen using their cell phones will have them taken away and put in a basket at the front desk where a parent must pick them up at the end of practice. If an athlete needs to contact you during practice they may do so through the front desk.
- REMINDER – Gymnasts are not to be distracted by parents during practice. You have entrusted us to teach your child. It is important that you do not “coach” your child from the side. Please speak with management or arrange an appointment with a coach if you need to address concerns regarding your child’s class.
