If your gymnast is excited by any of these questions, it might be time to explore our Competitive Team Program!
We’re inviting interested gymnasts ages 4–12 years old to attend our upcoming Open Practices, where they can:
- Participate in a team-style class
- Meet our experienced team coaches
- Receive an evaluation for placement in Hot-Shotz or Pre-Team
Hot-Shotz and Pre-Team are the entry points into our Competitive Team Program.

Hot-Shotz (ages 4–6)

Pre-Team (ages 6–12)
🕓 4:30–6:30 PM
📅 January 19 & 21
These sessions are fun, low-pressure, and the perfect way to see if competitive gymnastics is a great fit for your child.
To attend, simply email us to dynamicgymnasticsva@gmail.com with your preferred date, and we’ll reserve a spot for your gymnast.
