It’s now our Pre-team T&T program’s turn to hold Open Practices!
Do you want to perform T&T routines in front of cheering crowds?
Do you want to make friends for life with your teammates?
Do you want to work hard, have fun, and level up your skills?
If your athlete is excited by any of these questions, it might be time to explore our Competitive T&T Program!
We’re inviting interested athletes ages 5–12 years old to attend our upcoming Open Practices, where they can:
✅Participate in a team-style class
✅Meet our experienced team coaches
✅Receive an evaluation for placement in Pre-Team T&T
T&T Pre-Team are the entry points into our Competitive T&T Program.

These sessions are fun, low-pressure, and the perfect way to see if competitive gymnastics is a great fit for your child.
To attend, simply email dynamicgymnasticsva@gmail.com with your preferred date, and we’ll reserve a spot for your athlete.
